Hi, I'm Dan Storch. For over 25 years I've helped global technology companies and consumer platforms build great products, grow their brands, and keep customers coming back. Today I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Base Online, the world's leading online bridge platform.
I'm fully trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and have had the privilege of leading teams across three continents.
My journey started in Brazil, where I earned a Computer Science degree and got my first taste of marketing — working with universities and government officials to bring technology into classrooms. In 2001, Texas Instruments liked what I was doing enough to bring me to their Dallas headquarters, where I managed product lines for Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
From there I joined HP, where I launched products across the Americas and helped grow global sales to 300,000 units a month. Then came Lexmark, where I advised C-level executives on competitive intelligence and market strategy — including helping navigate the company's successful sale to an international consortium.
A turn into the world of contract bridge brought me to the American Contract Bridge League, where I led a 20-person marketing team, built a digital marketing operation from scratch, and grew Special Event participation by 80% in a single year.
Today I'm COO at Bridge Base Online — part of 52 Entertainment, a multinational gaming group — overseeing operations, marketing, product, and customer experience for a platform with over 1 million monthly active users. I also run Canasta Junction, a companion gaming brand in the same family.
When I'm not working, you'll find me listening to music, riding my bicycle, playing bridge, traveling with my family, or enjoying a glass of Malbec with a good book. Not all at the same time, though.
